I was a “little” late to clue into the fact that this June would be Mom & Dad’s 6oth Anniversary.
So didn’t start planning them a party til about May.
ANYWAY we decided to do it Fathers Dayweek-end, & that way Becky coming back wouldn’t seem “strange”..and we could pull off a
SURPRISE party for them. They seem to enjoy the party, & it was nice to celebrate them…
They were married June 8, 1950, in Cleveland Oklahoma (I believe)
